I have completed undergraduate (BA, English & Music) and graduate (MBA, Technology & Cultural Policy) degrees. In the work place, I have participated in an array of training programs. My research and professional focuses are

  • structured document techniques — XML and its related standards, and

  • accessibility design on behalf of people with disabilities.

I am competent in virtually all aspects of document and web content design, writing, editing, management and electronic publishing.
